We will ensure efforts for continuous HSE improvement and optimum utilization of resources through risk assessments, employee and customer feedback system etc. We monitor the health of all employees through pre-employment and periodical medical examinations.
Over the years, working with corporate MNC clients we are used to adapt their safety, Health and Environment standards to improve our HSE standard and general practices. This will enable us to achieve our goal of “zero injury to human, minimum impact on environment and effective utilization of resources”. The HSE policy objectives and performance shall be reviewed periodically and communicated to all employees, customer and other stake holders.An inter-site benchmarking is done regularly to encourage healthy competition between sites.
